It's a fun place, very neat and maintained.I visited the one located near INA metro station, a few minutes walk from it. Don't forget to carry your camera as you'll see every stall filled with different colors and a varied essence. Some of seriousness, some of joy and some, with some intellect, all telling a different story of their culture. Every vendor has a different collection of miniatures carrying those stories to be told. It's a place that holds all the cultural heritages of our country in one place, that too very efficiently

The entry fee is very nominal as it is run and managed by Delhi Tourism, NDMC and Ministry of textiles. Now not going towards the informative part, let's go towards what one can do there. Mainly, it is meant for buying cultural and handicraft stuff, covering many regions of India. If you are a foodie, then that's a place worth a try. The menu is little costly and can make you loosen up your pocket a little, but you'll have a variety of cuisines all at the same place.

The handicrafts there are mainly decorative and extremely colorful. If you are thinking of having a color bomb in your room or apartment, dilli haat is a place for you. It has the variety of decorative stuff, covering from the classical furniture to beautiful hookah, from carpets to paintings, from pottery to fine hand work. Basically, it has everything you might want to have in home. Not just decorative, you can buy traditional apparels and footwear, like Pashmina Shawls, jackets, cool chappals, and lot like that.

All in all, it's a place you can visit without thinking whether you'll like it or not. You are going to like this, I'm sure.
